Walked in 10 mins late but the doors were still open. Offered the fat black dude behind the desk $40 extra for his time and the snob acted like he was too good for my money and to square to work 15 mins past the clock even for an extra $40 some peoples heads are exceptionally inflated. What ever happened to hospitality, compassion and kindness in this country? Smh
Bad customer service. We had to go back 4 times to get everything we needed for our boat transfer. First time, "sorry, we need a bill of sale", second time, "sorry, get the boat trailer weighed or come back with the registration from the previous owner", third time, "sorry, the previous owner needs to sign this". Waste of time, gas, and stress over something that should be much simpler. So if you need a vehicle or boat transfered, I recommend calling them and asking straight up what they will need when you arrive.
It's nice the license lasts for 9 years but the registration cost is rediculous
