I could say this is the worst pizza ever but that is merely a smear. The truth of the matter is operations. The company does not care and the management does not care about anything but sales. This is not conducive to good quality product. Pests, drugs, food left out, dishes not cleaned. Don't eat here.
Terrible service. This is the second time this month ive had an order sitting out of the oven for over an hour before it even left the store for delievery. Im tired of getting cold ass food.
Domino's is the only edible pizza in Interlachen, so I always order there. The staff is usually really nice and they are super quick, but the pizza quality is hit or miss. It's either perfect or terrible. Last time I ordered, my pizza was perfect, but tonight the same order was so undercooked that the crust was mushy and the onions were still hard, and they left the cheeses off that I paid for as an extra topping. I think they get so they're in a hurry sometimes and they get sloppy. I wish I knew how to get a refund on the $50 I spent tonight for an undercooked mess.
called in there last night to let them know the pizza we just ordered was very salty,spoke to the manager brandon and was told that i was being a dick,and then he hung up on me,way to lose business brandon and nice customer service,maybe this is why your store gets so many complaints.
Staff has always been friendly. They get my order right. Price is a little high but they are good and delivery is on time or early.
