Dad brought cat in and was told he would have to pay up front for her to stay the night, which he did. Went to pick her up next morning and is told he owes for her staying overnight. The gal got pretty ugly with him when he tried explaining he was told he had to pay up front, she said she had no record of him paying. Well as luck would have it, after arguing with her for over 10 minutes, he just happened to have the receipt in his wallet. She huffed at him and gave him his cat. He told her with service and rudeness such as that he wouldn't be back! She couldn't care less. Because of this we travel to East Palatka for our pets needs.
Dr. Jeff is the most honest, non money seeker (for lack of better words) I've ever seen in this industry. He doesn't require test upon test to diagnose your pet. He treats your pet like his own and is very compassionate. He understands pet health very well and can just about diagnose without the use of endless tests. However, he will recommend tests if they are extremely needed. My dog was hit by a soft sand accident and they were there every step of the way toward her recovery. 9 years later the vet still calls you check in on her. Teresa is also wonderful she is one of the techs as grooms my snauzer. Sassy loves visiting her and if there are any issues Teresa will let you know ohhh you pet needs to see the doctor.

Their pricing is extremely affordable and they’re are so helpful even for small questions over the phone. The whole team is amazing!
